We are so often busy & find it difficult to be in the present moment – to rest awhile. You are invited to enjoy some time & space with Lark Rise Retreats at Felixstowe Ferry. The day will focus on the hallmarks of Celtic Christian spirituality, the three P’s – the presence of God in all things, poetry & life as a pilgrimage into the heart of God. It’s an opportunity to learn about the Celtic tradition though the lives of early Christian saints, to practice presence through a led meditation, enjoy poetry and walk consciously by the Deben estuary: a chance for you to step aside & rest awhile.
Refreshments & a fish and chips lunch are included. The day costs £25 & will be led by Jane Pearse at St Nicholas’ Church Felixstowe Ferry (IP11 9RZ).
